Assalumu alaikum! I just wanted to mention how much I love attending the Beginner Qaida lessons. Actually this class was an answer to a dua I made. I made dua to get a Qaida class that wouldn't be expensive and Subhanallah! Allah guided me to this class which is FREE!!

It was truly a miracle. Sakinah teaches us really well and she's very patient with everyone. May Allah bless her for all of her efforts❤

The class feels like a cozy corner for Muslimahs as everyone's so friendly and cheerful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially those who might be unable to afford a Qaida class. And even if you're not in such a situation, this class is great for anyone as it's convenient and comprehensive because Sakinah focuses individually on every person, which is truly the highlight of this class.

Allahumma Barik Laha! Alhamdulillah that I'm able to attend this class and

I hope more fellow Muslimahs realize the value of it and join as well🤍

It is very helpful to have a kind but firm teacher that pushed me to try and strengthen my pronunciation. I am so much more confident in saying letter, even from only knowing 4 lines I can already hear and identify them when I recite and hear Quran. Alhamduliah!

I started Arabic Qaida lessons two weeks ago and really like them! We began with learning the alphabet and pronunciation, which is explained very clearly. The lessons are easy to follow, and I feel like I’m making good progress already. I recommend these lessons to anyone starting to learn Arabic.

The call was calm and relaxed and was given beneficial resources as well and help on pronouncing the letters which I really appreciated it was a non judgemental space with one on one help with Sakinah which was lovely , May Allah bless you

So first about the lesson I really liked it because I needed to learn more of the Arabic letters . Secondly it was really helpful and I already learned alot on the first day . Lastly I hope it continues because I think other people can use it too

So I joined a bit late liked the fact that you weren't too lenient on me when it came to pronouncing right , I also wanted to thank you for encouraging me to actually start learning Arabic and not procrastinating.

The lesson was engaging , didn't feel nervous because you provided us with a level of comfort to make mistakes . When I hear people talk about Islamic lessons I get scared but your lesson was great. You were gentle with your approach and with correcting mistakes. Allahumma Barik , Its truly beautiful.

May Allah reward you and elevate you in this life and the hereafter.

A Heartfelt Collection of  Revert Muslimah Stories Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh, my dear sisters! If you are a revert, feel free to DM me on Instagram(sakinahislamicinsights) to join the Revert Muslimah group chat. You are never alone, my beloved sisters. 🌸 Abiola, UK, Scotland When I told my dad about wanting to revert to Islam, he got very angry and basically kicked me out, making me move back in with my mum two days before college started. At first, I was angry, but then I realized that my mum would not care if I reverted to Islam, so I did a few months later. Although she was a bit confused, she accepted me regardless as long as it made me happy. Salma, Finland I reverted about a year ago. I was born Muslim with a Muslim father and brother. One night I felt really bad, like out of nowhere I was scared I was ...

Balancing Your Deen and Dunya 💓

How to Plan and Live a Balanced Life Focused on Deen and Dunya In Islam, we’re reminded to strive for balance in both our spiritual and worldly lives. Allah tells us in the Qur’an: “But seek, through that which Allah has given you, the home of the Hereafter; and [yet], do not forget your share of the world.” (Surah Al-Qasas: 28:77) Balancing your deen (faith) and dunya (worldly life) means excelling in your responsibilities toward Allah while making the best of your time in this world—whether through studies, work, or personal goals. The key is planning your life around Allah’s guidance while keeping your day structured and purposeful. Here’s how to live a focused, meaningful life where both your spiritual and worldly aspirations flourish: 1. Begin with Pure Intentions (Niyyah) Every action starts with your intention. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: “Actions are judged by intentions.” (Bukhari, Muslim) Before starting anything—whether it’s studying, working, or even spendin...
